At 18TIPS.golf, we believe a great golf shirt should deliver a great laugh — and arrive exactly as promised.

Because our apparel is printed specifically for each order, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

Made-to-Order Merchandise

All 18TIPS.golf apparel is produced on demand.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes or colors selected at checkout.

  • Changes of mind after an order has entered production.

  • Personal preferences regarding fit or style.

  • Custom artwork that was approved by the customer before production.

Please review product descriptions, sizing guides, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the problem.

We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Custom-Designed Merchandise

Custom artwork is developed specifically for the requesting customer.

Customers will have the opportunity to review and approve their design before payment and production.

Once the approved custom design has entered production, cancellations and changes generally cannot be accommodated.

Manufacturing defects and production errors remain eligible for review under this policy.

Shipping Issues

If an order is lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can investigate with our fulfillment and shipping partners.

Resolutions depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection requirements.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
